The problem
What people check before they ring a glazier
Window customers range from panicked to very patient. These are the questions a glazier's website has to answer in the first few seconds.
Can you come today?
After a break-in or a smashed pane, people want boarding up and glass fixed fast. Show your emergency service and the areas you cover, with a call button that stays on screen.
Are you registered?
Replacement windows and doors need to meet Building Regulations. If you're FENSA or Certass registered, saying so clearly answers the question before it's asked.
Will it look right on our house?
Photos of real installs, the styles and colours you offer, and examples of uPVC, aluminium or timber help people picture the finished job.
Will you be around if something goes wrong?
Windows are a long-term buy. Clear guarantees, Google reviews and how long you've been trading give people confidence to spend.
What's on your site
The pages a glazier's website needs
Google ranks pages, not businesses. Each job you want more of gets its own page, written for what people actually type in.

Who builds it
Two people. No handoffs.
There's no account manager and no junior. The two people you talk to are the two people who build your site.
Stephanie designs it, from the layout to your branding. She brings 13+ years in the energy industry, and an eye for what makes a homeowner trust a firm.
James builds it for Google. He plans every page around what homeowners search for, and tests on our own sites first.
You deal with us directly. Same-day replies, seven days a week, from 6am to midnight.
“We will never lie to a client, even when telling the truth costs us money.”

One firm per trade, per area
Your town is yours.
We take one firm per trade in the town where they're based. It doesn't cover everywhere they're willing to travel. Once we build your website, we won't take on another firm in your trade based in your town. Plenty of designers build for the firm down the road. We won't.
A glazier gets two very different customers: someone with a smashed window who needs help now, and someone replacing every window who compares quotes for weeks. The site is built for both, with a fast route to call and a separate page for each planned job.
Can you show our FENSA or Certass registration?
Yes. Your registration goes where people decide who to call, with a link so they can check it on the scheme's own site. We only show what you actually hold, so if you're not registered with a scheme, it doesn't appear.
Is it worth having pages for small jobs like misted units?
Usually, yes. People search for these jobs in their own words, like "condensation between window panes". A plain-English page helps them find you, and a small repair is often how a customer first meets you. A good small job can lead to a full window order later.
We mostly want full window replacements. Can the site reflect that?
Yes. The pages, photos and calls to action can lean towards whole-house installs and doors, so you attract more of that work. Repairs still get a page, but they don't take over the site. We'll ask which jobs pay best for you during the set-up call.
Do we need to write anything?
No. We write every page for you from a short set-up call about your services, areas and the work you want more of. You send photos of your installs and approve the wording. If you'd rather tweak the wording yourself, you can, and we'll make the changes.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Pay upfront and it's yours from day one. On the monthly plan, it's yours after the 12th payment. Your domain stays in your name throughout.
What does hosting cost after the first year?
The first year is included. After that, keep it with us for £20 a month, with small changes free while we host it. Or take your website files and host it anywhere. No lock-in.
What if I don't like the design?
Then you owe nothing. If you like the style, we fine-tune the details as we build. If it's not for you at all, we can try a completely different design, or you can walk away.
